Recent appointments include, amongst others:
Representing an EPC contractor and O&M contractor in arbitration and expert proceedings against the Owner of an 82 MW photovoltaic facility in disputes relating to performance ratio, PLDs and defects.
Representing a state-owned utility in NEC3 adjudication and arbitration proceedings resisting contractor claims in relation to the construction of port facilities.
Representing a state-owned utility in FIDIC DAB proceedings in relation to coal fired power plants.
