Prior to being called to the Bar, Decide has over 5 years’ experience as an Attorney. Decide worked as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney, Johannesburg. Decide accepts instructions in all Chambers’ areas of practice. He is particularly interested in labour law, contract law, commercial and company law, mining and mineral law, medical law and malpractice.

Decide’s practice includes a broad range of pleadings and advisory work. He has chaired Disciplinary Hearings, appeared in the Labour Court, in the CCMA, in the High Court of South Africa, in the Appeal Court, and in the magistrate court.
Decide is a member of the Johannesburg Bar and the Legal practice Council.
Decide has expertise in Labour Law – he holds an LLM in Labour Law. He was a Union Shop-Steward while working at the Road Accident Fund as a Litigation Officer 2013 to 2014. He worded at the Office of the State Attorney from September 2015 to December 2016, where he represented government departments and ministers in labour court, labour appeal court, CCMA, and Bargaining Council.
As Counsel, he represented employers in urgent applications to interdict strikes, he chaired disciplinary hearings, he initiated disciplinary actions, drafted charges, appeared in Labour Court, appeared in CCMA and Bargaining Council.
