Franck was admitted to the Bar on 23 November 2005 and did pupilage in Group 21 in 2006.

Franck has a successful motion court and trial court practice in various divisions of the High Court, has been appointed as a curatrix ad litem on many occasions, regularly chairs disciplinary disputes and has been appointed to mediate disputes.

Franck has actively assisted with pupil advocacy training since 2014, has acted as a judge of the High Court on several occasions since 2019 and has served on various sub-committees of the Johannesburg Bar Council since 2021.
