After completing his articles, Jaques was called to the Bar in 2013. He is a passionate litigator who specialises in corporate and commercial litigation, which includes, Insolvency law, Banking and Financial Services law, The law of contract and general civil litigation.

Since his admission as an Advocate, Jaques has represented clients in several Divisions of the High Court in South Africa and his motivation to achieve the best outcome for his clients is the key to his success.

Jaques is a devoted family man who spends his free time on either a tennis court or off the beaten track on his adventure motorcycle.
