After completing his articles, Jaques was called to the Bar in 2013. He is a passionate litigator who specialises in commercial litigation with a particular focus on business rescue, insolvency, banking, corporate recovery of debt, succession and Trust law.
Since his admission as an Advocate, Jaques has represented clients in several Divisions of the High Court of South Africa and the Supreme Court of Appeal. Jaques’ motivation to achieve the best outcome for his clients is the key to his success.
