Prior to being called to the Bar, Lizelle practiced as an attorney from 2009 to 2018 (including her period of articles). Lizelle focusses on general commercial litigation and has extensive experience in business rescue and insolvency related matters. Lizelle’s experience further includes advising clients on contractual disputes, banking and credit law related matters, regulatory issues, shareholders’ disputes, directors’ liability and consumer liability.

Lizelle is a member of the South African Restructuring and Insolvency Association and is also a member of the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals.
