Nthabiseng was admitted as an Advocate and joined the Johannesburg Bar on 22 April 2021.

She has very good experience in Criminal Litigation as a Senior Public Prosecutor at the National Prosecuting Authority.
She acted as a Magistrate at the Johannesburg Family courts, dealing with Domestic Violence, Children’s Court and Maintenance matters
Experienced in the Insurance Business sector as Head of Department in Insurance Claims and Legal recoveries.
She has also been a panel member (adjudicator) of the Independent Media Ombudsman, adjudicating on media complaints.
