Simphiwe was called to the Bar in 2024. Prior to her call to the Bar, Simphiwe completed her articles at ENSafrica where she gained experience in corporate and commercial law as well as competition law.

Following her admission as an attorney, Simphiwe joined a multinational healthcare company as a Legal Advisor. In this role, she further honed her skills in contract law, company law, and intellectual property law.

Simphiwe's primary areas of interest lie in general commercial litigation, competition law and intellectual property.
