Werner Pretsch is an advocate of the High Court and a member of both the Pretoria and Johannesburg Bar. He focuses on competition law, commercial law and litigation, and contractual disputes. He has extensive experience in appearing in the High Court in all types of procedural matters. He further has experience in commercial advising, trial litigation, asset recovery and foreign jurisdictional issues. He has further ambitions to pursue a LLM in Competition Law. He also holds membership at the Young Arbitration Foundation of South Africa.
